In the last post on what’s new in Steelter, we made reference to downloading charts in Talent Analytics.

Today we present the launch of our latest feature, the Talent Review. It is a data analytics tool, with which you will be able to visualize in a simple and easy way the evolution of the performance of your company’s employees. It is designed to help you keep track of evaluations, where you can see a person’s complete profile and make a clear comparison between evaluations on their evolution and professional development based on competencies, attitudes and values.

From the SPA profile of each assessed employee, you will be able to easily and constantly track progress and identify how they are progressing over time.
