1. Who is the controller of your data?

The controller of your personal data is STEELTER TALENT SOLUTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter, "STEELTER"), with N.I.F. B66016981 and registered office at Calle Diputación 188 primera planta despacho 116-124 (08011) Barcelona, Spain.

This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the website (hereinafter, the "Website") that STEELTER makes available to internet users (hereinafter, the "Users") interested in the content and services offered by STEELTER on it.

3. Why is STEELTER entitled to process your data?

STEELTER's legal basis for processing Users' data through this Website is the Users' consent to the processing of their personal data, as well as the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

STEELTER processes Users' personal data for the purpose of enabling the business relationship requested by the user, as well as, where applicable, for sending commercial communications about its own products and/or services. By accepting this Privacy Policy and ticking the relevant boxes, the User gives their consent to such processing.

STEELTER takes the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously. For this reason, your personal data is stored securely and handled with the utmost care, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

The User may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a message to info@steelter.com, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

4. What are the purposes of processing your personal data?

Your personal data collected by STEELTER may be used for the following purposes, depending on the consent given in the relevant form:

  • Managing enquiries raised by Users and requests for demonstrations or for the contracting of services made through the Website.
  • Managing requests to become a STEELTER partner made by Users through the Website.
  • Sending, by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication, communications or information about STEELTER's activity.

5. Accuracy of the data provided by Users

The User guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided and undertakes to notify STEELTER of any change thereto. The User shall in any event be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and STEELTER reserves the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may apply.

Users are advised to protect their data with the utmost diligence using appropriate security tools. STEELTER shall not be liable for any theft, unlawful modification or loss of data. Any change to or update of the data must be notified to STEELTER through the means provided for in this Privacy Policy.

6. Data retention

The protection of Users' privacy and personal data is very important to STEELTER. Therefore, STEELTER does everything possible to prevent the User's data from being used improperly. Only authorised personnel have access to the User's data.

The User's personal data will be retained for as long as the relationship is maintained and for the purposes of the processing for which it was provided, provided that the User has not revoked their consent. Thereafter, where necessary, STEELTER will keep the information blocked for the periods established by law.

STEELTER undertakes to comply with its duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

7. Users' rights

Users have the right to:

  • Access their personal data;
  • Request the rectification of any inaccurate data;
  • Request the erasure of their data;
  • Request the restriction of the processing of their data;
  • Object to the processing of their data;
  • Request the portability of their data.

Users shall also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of data. The User may exercise all these rights at the address info@steelter.com, stating the reason for their request and enclosing a copy of their national identity document (D.N.I.), or by ordinary post to: Calle Diputación 188, first floor, office 116-124, Barcelona (08011), Spain.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with the regulations.

8. Data security

STEELTER has taken all the measures within its reach to prevent your data from being used improperly, allowing access to it only to authorised personnel. STEELTER maintains appropriate security for the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and has put in place all the technical means within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to and theft of the data provided by the User through the Website, while informing you that internet security measures are not impregnable.

9. Transfers and/or disclosures to third parties

The User is informed that their personal data will not be disclosed to third-party companies or entities, except where required by law.

However, in order to provide the service, STEELTER relies on providers acting as data processors, with access to the data solely to provide their service and under the relevant contract:

  • Splitforms — technically manages the sending and receipt of the Website's forms (demo and contact requests).
  • Google (Google Analytics) — analytics of Website usage on an aggregated and anonymous basis.

Should any of these providers carry out international data transfers, these will be covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

10. Content concerning minors under 14

The "User content" supplied by the User to STEELTER may not contain or include data or content relating to minors under 14 years of age.
